Ash Out is a professionally facilitated Patient Support Group for people working towards a tobacco-free life.
8 group sessions A structured support journey.
The current plan is for eight Patient Support Group sessions delivered over approximately two months.
About 2 months Time to learn, practise and progress.
Sessions will be spread across approximately two months. Exact dates and timings will be announced before the programme begins.
Professionally facilitated Evidence-based guidance and support.
Sessions will be facilitated by the Ash Out team specialized in Psychology, Psychiatry, Oral medicine and Public Health
Progress together Learn from support and shared experience.
The group format combines practical learning, encouragement and the experience of working towards change together.
