PRIVACY AT KINARA

Our full Privacy Policy is coming soon

At KINARA, privacy is especially important because the information people share while seeking healthcare can be deeply personal.

We are currently finalising our comprehensive Privacy Policy and Clinical Governance framework. Rather than publishing a rushed policy for our pre-launch, we are taking additional time to review how personal and clinical information is collected, accessed, stored, shared and eventually deleted.

What are we taking care of?

Our privacy framework is being designed around:

Confidentiality
Access to clinical information is intended to be limited to the professionals and authorised personnel who genuinely need it for your care or the operation of the service.

Minimal use of your information
We aim to collect and use only information necessary for care, appointments, payments, safety and related services.

No recording or AI during sessions
KINARA's current policy is that sessions are not recorded or transcribed, and AI is not used during sessions.

Security and responsible access
Our framework includes safeguards for access control, authentication, secure storage, system activity and incident response.

Your information, your rights
The final policy will clearly explain how you can ask about, access, correct or request eligible deletion of your personal information, and how to raise a privacy concern.

Final Privacy Policy — Coming Soon

Our detailed Privacy Policy is undergoing legal, clinical, security and governance review and will be published before KINARA's full launch.

Until then, this page is a temporary pre-launch information notice and is not the final Privacy Policy.
